Custom domain publishing dilemma

February 3, 2007 at 1:25 am | Posted in All, Blogging, Life et al, Pensiveness/Rants, The Geek Wannabe in Me | 5 Comments

I have given up on trying to publish this blog on my domain name chocscorner.com using blogger’s custom domain facility. I can not get it to work. I have followed Google’s set-up instructions as well as GoDaddy’s, the registrar where I purchased the domain name but I still can not resolve the problems. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. GoDaddy’s customer service is of no help at all.Meantime, I’ll continue blogging and deal with the problem later. Kaysa mainis lang ako.

  1. I know eh? When I saw that a few days ago, I was like, WHOAH? Is that the Harry Potter dude. Holy crap, look at those… ehrrr, parts.

But to be honest, it kinda made feel just a little bit pervy, since… I keep thinking of him as that little kid.

  2. That sounds sinfully delish. How can you go wrong with Grand Marnier? 😉

Alright, I’ll try that one day… but it’d have to be my sis, the Dessert Queen who’d be whipping that up.

  3. Well, I took the Brain Gender quiz. My results:
    60% Female, 40% Male
Your brain is a healthy mix of male and female
You are both sensitive and savvy
Rational and reasonable, you tend to keep level headed
But you also tend to wear your heart on your sleeve

I guess I should feel relieved, hahahaha!

  4. Maybe the strawberry’s green stem was supposed to look like an “l”… but the again, maybe not. Google always does funny things to their logo on purpose… however, I have no idea what “Googe” would mean…

  5. Wow, that’s awesome of the Australian government. I wish Canada would take the same measures.

We don’t have one single incandescent lightbulb in my house. All our lights are fluorescent. Yes, while the cost of fluorescent lights are initially higher, there’s definitely a huge benefit at the end ($$$ and environment).
